We believe in straightforward pricing. When you purchase physical items from us, the costs are fixed and transparent:
Flat Shipping Rate: $6.55 USD
This standard rate applies to all orders, regardless of weight or size.
Sales Tax: 0%
We do not collect sales tax on these transactions.
No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling fees, packaging surcharges, or any other extras.
*The total amount displayed at checkout is final.
2. Carrier Methods
We collaborate with established logistics partners to ensure your physical items are transported securely. Depending on the destination, we utilize standard National Postal Networks or Commercial Courier Services.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently facilitate delivery to:
- Domestic: Throughout the United States.
- International: Specific countries where carrier routes permit.
*Note for International Orders: While we maintain a 0% tax rate on our end, international shipments may be subject to local customs duties upon arrival, which are determined by your local government.
4. Order Processing Time
“Processing time” refers to the window required to pick, pack, and hand over your items to the courier.
- Standard Inventory: Typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Specialized Orders: Goods requiring specific handling may require additional time, which will be noted on the product listing.
5. Estimated Transit Duration
Transit time commences once the package leaves our facility.
Domestic (USA): Generally 3–10 business days.
International: Generally 7–21 business days.
6. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to populate the initial tracking data.
7. Delivery Issues
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Ayres Aviation LLC due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Reshipment may incur a new shipping fee of $6.55.
Loss and Damage: If your physical merchandise arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
8. Modifications & Cancellations
Since our pricing is fixed and orders are processed quickly, modifications may not be possible once processing begins. Please contact support immediately if a change is needed.
9. Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy. Any updates regarding our $6.55 flat-rate shipping or tax policies will be reflected on this page immediately.
